The secluded cabins at Coffee Creek Ranch may look rustic from the outside but the atmosphere inside is cozy. Each cabin has a theme-based on its brand. Circle B, for example, is decorated with bears, Bigfoot, and butterflies. All fifteen cabins have tall pines and ceiling fans to help keep them cool. One ranch house room and two cabins are equipped for the handicapped. Most family cabins have wood-burning stoves where a view of the fire sets the mood for those “romantic weekend getaways” for couples.

The cabins do not have air conditioning. This is because they do not need it. The way the cabins were constructed allows the cooler air to be trapped as well as the cabins being under tree cover out of direct sunlight. Also, there is no Wi-Fi in the cabins, only around certain areas of the Main Lodge. There are no refrigerators and / or coffee makers in the cabins. The reason for this is because the ranch runs on a generator system and therefore, every cabin is only allocated a certain amount of wattage.

The majority of the Grove Area does have parking areas near and around the cabins. Most of the cabins surrounding the Main Lodge do not have near parking and parking is provided in the main parking lot at the end of the driveway. In addition, there are laundry facilities available. The costs are 1.50 USD for a wash and 1 USD for a dryer.

One bedroom / one bathroom

The cabins located in the Grove Area have a maximum occupancy from one to two persons. The cabins are Lazy H (one bedroom containing one queen and one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, a built-in wood-burning stove, ceiling fan, and a screen-covered porch), Swinging M (one bedroom containing one queen and one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, a built-in wood-burning stove, ceiling fan, and a porch that looks out over the creek), Bar G (one bedroom containing two twins with one bathroom with a shower / tub combo and a wood stove), and Half Box L (one bedroom containing two twins and one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, handicap accessible, close parking, front porch which looks out over the creek, and a closed-in front porch).

Two bedrooms / one bathroom

The cabins located near the Main Lodge (except Diamond I in the Grove Area) have a maximum occupancy from three to five persons. The cabins are Chinook (one queen and one bunk-bed with one twin as well as one double futon, one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, living room area with a wood-burning stove in the queen bedroom and a propane heater in the twin bedroom), Shookum (one king and three twins, one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, and a propane heater in the king bedroom), Circle B (one queen and two twins, one bathroom with a shower / tub combo and a balcony leading from the queen bedroom over looking the creek, and a wood-burning stove), Box C (one queen and two twins, one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, a wood-burning stove, and balcony leading out from the queen bedroom), and Diamond I (one queen and two twins, one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, and a propane heater).

Handicap accessible cabins

Bootjack, Half Box L, and View Cottage are handicap accessible cabins. Please send an inquiry to request these cabins for your vacation.

The menu can range from grilled burgers and assorted cold cuts to barbecue tri-tip on the grill. In addition, there are always freshly made salads, fresh fruits, and a finger-licking dessert available.
