Coffee Creek Ranch’s goal is to bring families together and offer a variety of activities and yes, even downtime, for families to simply reconnect! Whether you want to horseback ride, hike, or simply spend the afternoon on the porch enjoying the sweet sounds of nature, Coffee Creek Ranch has plenty to occupy everyone on the group. Moreover, for the youngest members in the family, there are sitters available during the day to ensure everyone in the family is able to have a little fun!
The secluded cabins at Coffee Creek Ranch may look rustic from the outside but the atmosphere inside is cozy. Each cabin has a theme-based on its brand. Circle B, for example, is decorated with bears, Bigfoot, and butterflies. All fifteen cabins have tall pines and ceiling fans to help keep them cool. One ranch house room and two cabins are equipped for the handicapped. Most family cabins have wood-burning stoves where a view of the fire sets the mood for those “romantic weekend getaways” for couples.
The cabins do not have air conditioning. This is because they do not need it. The way the cabins were constructed allows the cooler air to be trapped as well as the cabins being under tree cover out of direct sunlight. Also, there is no Wi-Fi in the cabins, only around certain areas of the Main Lodge. There are no refrigerators and / or coffee makers in the cabins. The reason for this is because the ranch runs on a generator system and therefore, every cabin is only allocated a certain amount of wattage.
The majority of the Grove Area does have parking areas near and around the cabins. Most of the cabins surrounding the Main Lodge do not have near parking and parking is provided in the main parking lot at the end of the driveway. In addition, there are laundry facilities available. The costs are 1.50 USD for a wash and 1 USD for a dryer.
The cabins located in the Grove Area have a maximum occupancy from one to two persons. The cabins are Lazy H (one bedroom containing one queen and one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, a built-in wood-burning stove, ceiling fan, and a screen-covered porch), Swinging M (one bedroom containing one queen and one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, a built-in wood-burning stove, ceiling fan, and a porch that looks out over the creek), Bar G (one bedroom containing two twins with one bathroom with a shower / tub combo and a wood stove), and Half Box L (one bedroom containing two twins and one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, handicap accessible, close parking, front porch which looks out over the creek, and a closed-in front porch).
The cabins located near the Main Lodge (except Diamond I in the Grove Area) have a maximum occupancy from three to five persons. The cabins are Chinook (one queen and one bunk-bed with one twin as well as one double futon, one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, living room area with a wood-burning stove in the queen bedroom and a propane heater in the twin bedroom), Shookum (one king and three twins, one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, and a propane heater in the king bedroom), Circle B (one queen and two twins, one bathroom with a shower / tub combo and a balcony leading from the queen bedroom over looking the creek, and a wood-burning stove), Box C (one queen and two twins, one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, a wood-burning stove, and balcony leading out from the queen bedroom), and Diamond I (one queen and two twins, one bathroom with a shower / tub combo, and a propane heater).
Bootjack, Half Box L, and View Cottage are handicap accessible cabins. Please send an inquiry to request these cabins for your vacation.
The horseback riding schedule may change due to weather, season, and trail conditions. The riding program will be based on your riding skill accessed by the wranglers. Trail rides will be scheduled by skill level. Trail rides and lessons are limited on Fridays as this is the horses day off. Minimum age to ride horses is six years old. Pony rides are available for those children not old enough. Helmets are provided, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Any guest under the age of 18 years old will be required to wear a helmet.
Note: Check in is on a Saturday after 12:00 and check out is on Friday before 11:00. Moreover, the babysitting service is available for a child aged 0 to 3 years old. Please send an inquiry for more information.

You will get three meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and beverages including coffee, tea, iced tea, and lemonade. However, bar beverages such as sodas, canned juices, beer, and wine are not included in your package. A first-rate benefit of a vacation at Coffee Creek Ranch is that they do all the cooking for you. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated if notified before arrival.
The bar offers a variety of beer from the local breweries and imports to suit everyone's taste.
Local wines are from the neighbors Alpen Cellars Winery as well as wineries in Napa and Washington State.
If alcoholic drinks are not your preference and / or you have children, Coffee Creek Ranch also offers sodas, bottles of water, chips, and nuts for purchase.
Ranch breakfasts have a reputation to live up to. This is the meal where the ranchers stock up for the day on hearty fare that will keep them going throughout the day. The breakfasts include a cooked-to-order meal as well as a continental buffet with an understanding that not everyone wants to partake in a heavy meal.
Lunchtime is a gorgeous time of day at Coffee Creek Ranch. They take an advantage of that by arranging as many meals as possible outside on the porch and down by the pool during the summer. Most meals are casual cookouts where both the staffs and the guests enjoy the sunshine and beautiful views of the creek and surrounding mountains. The menu can range from grilled burgers and assorted cold cuts to barbecue tri-tip on the grill. In addition, there are always freshly made salads, fresh fruits, and a finger-licking dessert available.
Dinner is the main event at Coffee Creek Ranch. Throughout the week, Coffee Creek Ranch offers several casual, family-style dinners with the main entrees occasionally grilled outdoors with a choice of two entrees and an ever-changing variety of side dishes. Delicious dessert options vary nightly. The evenings are a chance for you to relax with a nice glass of wine or a chilled glass of beer with wonderful conversation with other guests and staff members you’ve met during your stay.
